Due to our continuing growth we are looking for a full time Family Day Care Coordinator (Mentor) to join our team. Ideally we are seeking someone with Family Day Care Admin experience, who has a good understanding of legislation, the NQS and EYLF. Naturally we want someone who fits with our dynamic and enthusiastic team, but who also has initiative, is organised, motivated and flexible.

We pride ourselves on the support we give to our Educators and we want someone who can add another layer to that. You’ll need good communication skills, compassion and understanding, but also the tenacity and tact to discuss and address issues when they arise.
