Lights Out Program

Does your preschooler have bedtime or sleep difficulties?

The School of Applied Psychology at Griffith University have told us about some free workshops they have available from now until the beginning of term one 2019. See below for more information from them.

“We are delivering a new treatment program for sleep problems in young children that is being conducted through our psychology clinics both at Mount Gravatt and Gold Coast. We know that sleep problems place preschool children at risk not only for anxiety, depression and behaviour problems, but that they also cause major problems with the transition to formal schooling. Our Lights Out Program is free and its purpose is to help these little ones transition to Prep more easily and successfully. We are very passionate about this program and the benefits it has for families. Parents who have already completed the program have described it as ‘life changing’.”
